Our Story
Why we exist.
Gymnastics is one of the most demanding sports in the world. The physical requirements are extraordinary — but the mental and emotional demands are just as significant. Young gymnasts face pressure, fear, burnout, and uncertainty about their futures with little support outside their immediate coaches and family.
Next Level Gymnastics exists to change that. We believe every serious gymnast deserves access to someone who's been there — who knows what it feels like to train at 6am, compete under the lights, push through setbacks, and build a life around this sport.
We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded on the belief that the most powerful guidance comes from someone who has already walked the path.

Accessibility
Elite mentorship shouldn't be limited to athletes at well-resourced gyms. We remove barriers so every serious gymnast can access NCAA-level guidance.
Safety First
Youth protection is non-negotiable. All mentee sign-ups require parental consent. All mentors pass background checks and adhere to our strict code of conduct.
Whole Athlete
We mentor the whole athlete — skills, mindset, nutrition, competition prep, and life after gymnastics. Real development goes beyond the gym floor.
Authentic Connection
We match carefully. A good mentor relationship is built on trust and genuine compatibility, not just scheduling convenience.
Who We Serve
Every gymnast. Every level.
We serve gymnasts of all levels — from recreational athletes dreaming of their first competition to serious competitors with eyes on college scholarships. Every athlete deserves access to high-level mentorship regardless of their gym's resources or geographic location.
We also believe in protecting young athletes. All mentee sign-ups for athletes under 18 require signed parental or guardian consent before any one-on-one contact with a mentor. Our Youth Safety Policy is core to everything we do.
The Process
How it works.
Submit a sign-up
A parent or guardian submits a sign-up form on behalf of their athlete — it takes under five minutes.
We review your goals
Our team reviews the athlete's goals, level, discipline, and personality to identify the right mentor.
We make the match
We introduce you to your mentor via a private profile link — no public browsing required.

You connect for a no-commitment discovery call. Ask questions, share goals, and see if it's a great fit.
