All sessions are conducted via video call or phone — never in-person without separate written consent.
Next Level Gymnastics staff may be present or copied on communications for safety purposes.
Mentors are background-checked volunteers or paid professionals who agree to our code of conduct.
All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
This program is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or nutritional advice.
Either party may end the mentorship relationship at any time.
