By accessing or using the Next Level Gymnastics website and program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
1. Program Eligibility
Participation in the Next Level Gymnastics mentorship program is open to gymnasts of any level. Athletes under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian provide consent on their behalf before participating. Next Level Gymnastics reserves the right to deny or end participation at its discretion.
2. Parental Consent for Minors
No one-on-one mentoring contact will occur with any participant under 18 without a signed parental or guardian consent form on file. Submission of the sign-up form by a parent or guardian constitutes electronic consent. This consent may be revoked at any time in writing.
3. Mentor Code of Conduct
All mentors agree to maintain professional conduct at all times. This includes maintaining appropriate communication boundaries, adhering to remote-only session standards, completing required background checks and Safe Sport training, and promptly reporting any safety concerns. Violations may result in immediate removal from the program.
4. Not a Professional Service
Next Level Gymnastics is a mentorship program, not a licensed coaching, medical, psychological, or nutritional service. Nothing shared during mentorship sessions should be construed as professional medical, legal, or clinical advice. Participants should consult licensed professionals for such matters.
5. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee specific outcomes from the mentorship program. Results vary based on individual effort, commitment, and circumstances.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, and design — is the property of Next Level Gymnastics unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce or distribute content without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Next Level Gymnastics and its staff, mentors, and volunteers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the program or this website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services, if any.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Iowa.
